Peter Holmes
Dr. Peter E. Holmes is a retired global business executive currently working in business consulting and executive & health coaching passionate about helping others to reach for superior results, achievement and fulfillment in their careers, wellness, and life. During a 30-year career working in the chemicals industry, he held roles in R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and executive management. Following 23 years with Dow Chemical Company, he completed his corporate career as Chief Executive Officer with Diversified ChemicalTechnologies. After his transition away from corporate roles in 2015, he founded his own consulting practice with a focus on business strategy and execution.
Tracie Kenyon
Tracie Kenyon delights in helping people find their true potential and she’s passionate about credit unions. Her 38-year career has spanned four states, four credit unions, and two leagues; she recently retired after 22 years as the CEO of the Montana Credit Union League. She’s made long-term contributions to each organization she served: building a
self-funded health insurance trust, launching a 501(c)3 aimed at financial wellness, developing a training department, creating a secondary mortgage program, starting a marketing department, rebranding, and rebuilding cultures. Her commitment to continuous improvement led her to become a certified professional coach with the desire to employ the “starfish principle” – helping one credit union
executive at a time be the best they can be.
Tonita Webb
Tonita Webb, DBA, was named the CEO of Verity Credit Union in early 2021, the first woman and Black American to be named CEO in the organization's history. Tonita brings a strong vision for harnessing financial tools, data, and
technology, with a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, to enhance the lives of underserved community members. Tonita came to Verity from Seattle Credit Union, where she spent fifteen years in various C-Suite positions. In 2021, Tonita was named a Woman of Influence for the Puget Sound Business Journal, and in 2023, American Banker named her one of the most powerful women in credit unions. As an Air Force veteran, a DBA, and a mother of four, Tonita leads by example and gives herself freely to her community work.

Sharon Camper is an accomplished human resources executive, with a passion for
optimizing organizational performance through its most valuable asset – its people. With over two decades of experience in HR management and talent development, Sharon has honed her expertise in creating an environment that attract, develop, and retain top talent. She has held several key HR leadership positions in various industries, including finance, media, and
retail. Her diverse background has equipped her with a deep understanding of the
challenges and opportunities faced by organizations of all sizes and complexities.
With her strategic acumen, people-centric approach, and unwavering commitment to
fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, Sharon continues to be an
influential force in shaping the future of human resources and leadership.
